FLYING DRAGON, closest to the pace from the start, was tiring at the finish. WAHOO, an early trailer, went to the outside in the stretch and finished well. WATERWAY was placed to pressure on the far turn and closed gamely. VOTE, clcse up, quit in the stretch. A LA CARTE failed to respond when placed to pressure and sprawled near the finish. GOLDEN WAY responded to urging when called upon and finished well. DARK WINTER saved ground entering the stretch, but tired. KERRY PATCH began slowly, but finished fast. UTOPIAN closed a gap from a slow start. DE VALERA was rushed into command at the start and quit in the stretch drive. PROJECTILE, on the inside on the far turn, tired at the finish. REPAID propped at the start. CLARIFY was away poorly. BOILERMAKER showed speed for half a mile and was eased up when he floundered. Scratched 81214 Poppyman, 118.
