1 BAINBRIDGE TURF NOTES e . W. Pool was an arrival at Bainbridge and he went into immediate action, riding How-tiz in the fourth race Monday. Juggernaut arrived from New York. This three-year-old son of Durbar II. Vexing, is best remembered for the ,000 price tag that was put on him as a yearling at the Saratoga sales. While he never developed as his owners anticipated, they hope that he will earn back at least a part of his purchase price around the Bainbridge track. Chorister, owned by Mrs. O. E. Nuna-maker, was cut down so badly in the running of the last race Saturday that he had to be destroyed. The first pony race will be held Wednesday at Bainbridge Park with eight entries. The ponies must be forty-eight inches in height or less, and riders must be 14 years of age or under to qualify.
