1 LAT0NIA STAKE DATES $ - $ Dates for the seven stakes to be run during the Latonia Jockey Clubs summer meeting of thirty-one days, opening Saturday, June 24, were announced today by judge Charles F. Price, who is in charge of the racing at that Kentucky track, as follows: Clipsetta Stakes, two-year-olds, fillies, Saturday, June 24. Latonia Derby, three-year-olds, Saturday, July 1. Independence Handicap, three-year-olds and upward, Tuesday, July 4. Quickstep Handicap, three-year-olds and upward, Saturday, July 8. Cincinnati Trophy, two-year-olds, colts and geldings, Saturday, July 15. Enquirer Handicap, three-year-olds and upward, Saturday, July 22. Latonia Oaks, three-year-olds, fillies, Saturday, July 29. Entries for the seven features close June 1. The Latonia Derby carries 0,000 in added money and ,500 is added to each of the others. ;
