t WASHINGTON PARK NOTES tl e $ Eddie Katzer arrived at Lincoln Fields with Frank Luhrs Kaposs, Panic Blues, Fluttermore, Kittrap and Capt. Satire. The ten horses Jack Middleton has at Lincoln Fields for Mrs. Payne Whitneyq Greentree Stable are: Rope Walker, Girl Graduate, Scram, Double Shuffle, Gambado,-St. Kilts, Yaupon, Tyrant, Atmosphere and Courland. In addition to the other horses Epithet and Marse Chan, the Warm Stable two-year-olds that arrived from Lexington, are Dark Devil, Sassaby and an unnamed brown daughter of Meridian and Campmeat. Sassaby is a brown daughter of the dead sire Broomstick and is the first foal from Saucy Sue, which raced under the Warm Stable colors. Howard Oots Aulander was turned over to Howard Wells. The Kentucky trainer has one of the largest stables quartered at Washington Park. Wells is training nineteen head, which are the property of Messrs. Oots, C. E. Hamilton, E. Gay Drake and D. B. Midkiff. The older horses are: Catherine Fox, Elizabeth Fox, Edith A., Mt. Washington, Fayette Prince, Slash, Shaker Lady, Tela, Miss Kid, Resisting, Lady of Grace and Aulander. The two-year-olds are Prince Drake, Secret Tryst, Masked Prince, Hydsar, Marcella H., Orlatta and Third Alarm. C. L. Mackey turned over to Ed McCuan Fast Life and Eddie Lehmann to train. The horses W. E. Coover brought from Lexington are Cara Domus and Garb. R. W. Collins arrived at Lincoln Fields from Churchill Downs with fourteen head. Due to illness, the Collins horses were unable to be shipped from Louisville at the close of the Downs meeting. Word was received by the Washington" Park officials that C. F. Bancroft is shipping six horses from Bowie and that J. E. Mil-burn is bringing eight head for E. V. Benjamin, New Orleans patron. George Ogle reserved stall accommodations for Indian Runner and five others. Additions to the Greentree Stable are reported in shipments from the East. They will include about five head. Jockey C. Callahan drew the first suspension of the meeting when starter Morrissey gave him five days for disobedience while at the post on Miscalcuate in the seventh race Monday.
