CONVENTIONAL, close up all the way, had no mishaps. JUBAL was unable to reach the leaders. IL TROVATORE went evenly. PRISONER raced very wide on the stretch turn. CASH SURRENDER dropped back steadily, saved ground in the stretch, but was unable to reach the leaders. ALL FORLORN tired. ZIPALONG was not a factor.
