Robertson drew 00. After witnessing the loading of Discovery and Dogmata, Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt departed for California, where he will take a brief vacation before leaving for Saratoga Springs, N. T. Racing secretary J, B. Campbell received a message from Ben Holmes, who is on the grounds at Pawtucket, R. I., where the construction of the Narragansett track is, under. way. Holmes states that the stables will be ready for the reception of horses about the twenty-fifth of the month. Horsemen shipping there should bill their horses to Rumford,R.I, ; . £ , J ..;.,,„.
