V FINED AT MOUNT ROYAL MONTREAL, Que., July 16.— Trainer J. G. Ash was fined 0 for instructing jockey G. Horn to work Spot Pot after the finish of a race on July 13 without permission. Trainer Ash was also fined 0 for entering a horse that was not eligible and a like sum for making discourteous remarks pertaining to the management.
