VETERAN C. C. EMMERT DIES SAN DIEGO, Calif., ApriJ 18. Word was received here this week that the veteran horseman, C. C. Emmert, of Victoria, B. C, passed away at his breeding farm on Vancouver Island. The late Mr. Emmert was a well known breeder of race horses. The stallion Simony stands at his farm. Interment was at Victoria.
