KEENELAND ASSOCIATION ELECTS OFFICERS , i, LEXINGTON, Ky., April 18. The Keene-land Association, which proposes to build a model race track at the Keeneland Estate, took definite form today. Articles of incorporation were filed this morning and at a meeting held this afternoon, officers arid idrectors of the association were elected. . Hal Price Headley was elected president, Jack S. Young, first vice-president; August B. Gay, second vice-president; Brown-ell combs, secretary; William H. Courtney, treasurer. An executive committee was also chosen, composed of the president ex-offi-cio, Frazer D. Lebus, Jack S. Young, W. R. Embry and Horatio Mason. The officers and executive committee were chosen at a meeting of the directors. The board comprises twenty-one men, divided into groups of seven, one group to serve three years, another two years, and another one a year.
