1 ARLINGTON DOWNS NOTES . $ W. C. Weant, who also has sixteen horses at Fair Park, Dallas, plans on leaving several horses at Arlington Downs until the close of the Fair Park season, when the entire stable will be shipped to Washington Park. Acting for L. Beyda, R. T. Watts sold the two-year-old Courant to Mrs. G. Hansen. The Beyda horses will be vanned to Dallas at the close of this meeting, and from there they will be shipped to Aurora. A littl touch of sentiment was added to Thursdays program when one of the feature races on the card will be dedicated to Cow Puncher, the late W. T. Waggoners favorite pony, and which many times carried the late Downs master over the broad acres which now embody the Texas Jockey Club plant. Dan Dearing, veteran Waggoner attache, will witness the race from the stewards stand. William Hinphy, who ha the good filly Dark Woman will ship to Aurora at the close of the Downs meeting.
