1 TROPICAL PARK TURF NOTES s 4 A mixed car of horses embracing drafts of the D. J. McAuliffe stable, Bert Blume, and G. L. Hamilton pulled out of the loading chute at Tropical Park after the final race Monday, listed for Bowie. The shipment contained sixteen horses. Francis P. Dunne, assistant racing secretary of all tracks operating in New York, who is at present substituting for G. B. Campbell as racing secretary for the Gables Racing Association, received the first issue . of the condition book for the Metropolitan Jockey Club meeting at Jamaica, Long Is- land, and they were distributed among the horsemen here. John R. Morris, custodian of the jockeys headquarters at Tropical Park, will leave at the close of the meeting for Maryland. Morris will join the Pinkerton forces under . Captain Weiss with the opening of the Havre de Grace meeting; " Application blanks for stalls for the meeting of the Chicago Business Mens Association at Hawthorne Park can be obtained at the racing secretarys office at Tropical Park. Frank Gilpin, trainer of the. E. F. Seagram stable, has taken over the horses of Frank J. Ryan, which includes Sachem and others. The stables of Y. W. Mann" and those owned by W. G. Sparks will leave at .the conclusion of the meeting for Louisville, Ky. Kirby Ramsey and E. J. Reed shipped their string to Kentucky on Tuesday morning. The shipment will be routed to Douglas Park, after which they will be transferred to one of the active courses in the Blue Grass sector.
