KYNE OFFERING 3 to 1 SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., March 31 While New Jersey and St. Louis future book operators were quoting only 5 to 2 against Brevity- in -the Kentucky Derby, Jack Kyne today continued to offe" 3 to 1 against the favorite. The San Francisco commissioner also maintains 5 to 1 against the second choice, Hollyrood, though eastern books have cut him to 4 to 1. Sangreal, now 30 to 1, and The Fighter, 15 to 1, are the only cuts noted this week in the Kyne quotations.
