ROCKINGHAM PARK NOTES S Owner-trainer J. C. Hamilton has been suspended for the remainder of the meeting-j for violation of.Rule No. 81. John DeWitt has been denied the privi- leges of the course for practices detrimental to the best interests of the turf. Trainer M. Simmons has been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation of the inconsistent performances of Seawick. The stewards ordered the further entry of Bocasette refused -for the remainder of the meeting. The good effort of Flamenco, which finished third Thursday, indicates that the Carleton Palmer importation is apparently rounding into shape. Credit for the development of the English horse goes in a large measure to trainer Wilson, who is gradually sharpening him up after many disappointing efforts.
