I LAT0NIA TURF NOTES $ $ The seven-year-old Votan, owned by Charles Maier, has been turned over to former jockey J. Perez to train. Having been restored to good standing by the Kentucky State Racing Commission, trainer Tdrh Jollcy, again has taken over the conditioning of the Brentwood Stable horses. During hi3 term of suspension, for an alleged altercation at Churchill Downs, Tommy Murray looked aftci the Brentwood racers. R. Dottcr is due here Tuesday from Chi-cago to augment the list of apprentice ridern at Latonia. He will remain for the balance of the meeting. Dottcr, a Louisville boy, is under contract to Howard Well3. The horses which Howard Wells campaigned at Chicago, havo been transferred and vill remain for the balance of the meeting. Several of thorn, however, will he shipped to the farnrf. U. P. Headleyg Sparta, an intended starter in the Latonia Oaks, came along with the consignment.
