I OMAHA TURF NOTES t $ E. R. Fain, millionaire oil man of Wichita Falls, Texas, who races a large string at Omaha in charge of Dr. M. J. Dunleavy, was an arrival and will remain for a few days. Seventh Heaven, good three-year-old filly in the stable of A. Wallin, was shipped to Latonia Sunday to take part in the Latonia Oaks. Capt. Patrick Irving OHay, famous soldier of fortune and horse owner and breeder of Taos, N. M., departed for his home after spending a few days at Ak-Sar-Ben. Jockey E. Phillips was ordered to accept no more mounts until his contract papers have been straightened out.
