The latter never far back and under good handling, bore out entering the stretch, responded to strong pressure in the final eighth and was wearing the winner oown at the end. DIGNIFIED, never far back, moved up fast after five-eighths, raced wide entering the stretch, but tired after offering a mdd bid nearing the final eighth. GOOD SCOUT, used up in reaching the lead, tired in the drive. THE BREAK was badly ridden. BURNING UP showed a dull effort. AXTEL was outrun. EIGHTH RACE 1 1-16 MILES.
