Clark is training Showabal, Ahmed and Eli Lee for Jerome H. Louchheim and Harrys Dream for Henry F. Louchheim. Jockey Charles Kurtsingcr arrived from Jamaica, L. I., to ride War Admiral for Glen Riddle Farm in the Richard Johnson Stakes. He returned to New York after fulfilling his engagement. Jockey Charles Corbett, who cancelled his mounts Friday due to a slight cold, resumed riding Saturday. Stake blanks representing six stakes to be renewed during the meeting of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association at Bowie are available at the office of the racing secretary here. Nominations close Thursday. Juveniles will be asked to travel a mile for the first time Monday. Two races are scheduled at that distance, both being for maidens. Hirsch Jacobs informed trainer A. J. Bedell that he was shipping Amagansett from Jamaica to fulfill his engagement in the Columbus Day Handicap Steeplechase listed here Monday.
