SEEK SPORTSMANS LICENSES CICERO, 111., Oct 10. George H. Foster, secretary of the Illinois Racing Commission, was at Sportsmans Park today accepting license applications from horsemen and jockeys. Among those who today applied for trainers license were Felix Rando, W. Kempf, E. Louden, Ike Seybold, R. V. Buel, E. Wheatley, E. J. Wood, M. Artesiano, R. Hughes, Clyde Ger, R. Dolloway, Charles Mullaney, J. Bronnenberg, R. P. OBrien and T. G. Moore. R. Bohn, Jack Mayer, J. Sylvester, W. L. Smith and J. Wilson were among the jockeys who applied for licenses.
