UNIQUE CINCINNATI RACE CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct. 10. A coronation race will be the feature at River Downs Thursday. The race honors the eighteen candidates for the queen in the contest being conducted by the Cuvier Press Club in connection with the second civic Halloween Festival. Each horse in the race will carry the name of a candidate, and the winner will be adjudged the queen. Inasmuch as there will be only twelve starters, six of the names will I be withdrawn by lot.
