MIOHELL HEARING THURSDAY MIAMI, Fla., April 20. The Florida Racing Commission will grant Bert Michell, trainer of Mrs. Emil Denemarks large stable of horses, a hearing on the charge against him of doping the horse All Round on March 23. Michell has been suspended since April 8. Attorney Dan Chappell will represent Michell before the commission and Mr. and Mrs. Denemark, of Chicago, are expected in Miami for the hearing.
