I JAMAICA TRACK NOTES S 1 : Bill Collins arrived from Reno, Nev., and will remain for the rest of the season. Collins spent the past five years in the Nevada city. Word was received Wednesday from Wheeling, W. Va., that Walter H. Donovan, former secretary of the Florida State Racing Commission, formed a syndicate of business and social leaders of that city to revive racing at that point Twenty horses, owned by W. S. Kilmer, arrived from the farm and will be ready for racing this week. Charles McCulloch and Leonard Florsheim of Arlington Park are due here Saturday for a few days of racing. Jockey J. Gilbert was forced to decline a mount In the Kentucky Derby. His services are required here on that date to ride one of J. H. Whitneys starters in the Rose-dale Stakes.
