KEENELAND PARK NOTES s Robert A. Fairbairn, a member of The Jockey Club, was a first-time visitor as the guest of Warren Wright, coming from his home in New York. The Jewell Brothers, local turf patrons who have raced several outstanding horses, start the season with Miss Lula, Scout Brigade and the two-year-olds, Jolo and Sanders. The latter is a bay gelding, by Last Reveille Memphis Lady, and the former a brown gelding, by Jacopo Fluff. Shandon Farms phenomenal luck in Its dealings with the horse stork still holds. Last night Madcap Marvin, one of the younger Shandon matrons, foaled a fine colt by Sun Flag. Col. E. R. Bradley and C. Barry Shannon, who returned from Florida Tuesday night, viewed the performances of Brooklyn and Billionaire Wednesday. Judge John T. Ireland, who goes to Aurora next week to serve as a steward, was a pleased spectator as Lady Myrtle, winner of the first race Wednesday, was bred by him. Col. Walter Moriarity will end his visit here Thursday to go to Narragansett Park, where he is a member of the official family. He came from California. Henry Thibault, twenty-year-old Brooklyn lad, under contract to Arthur Hill, wore colors for the first time in riding Wilbank in the first race Wednesday. After galloping Main Man, J. B. Respess Kentucky Derby nominee, trainer B. J. Ey-erman took the son of Hildur to the paddock to acquaint the colt with the surroundings. Trainer Eyerman entered the three-year-old for the Crystal Springs Purse here Thursday. The veteran campaigner, American Prince, was registered by trainer George Gould. American Prince is owned by J. S. Mulvi-hlll. of Cincinnati. The Motor City Stables Aukai, which failed to start in good fashion on opening day here, has been taken off starter Hamiltons schooling list Bobbie Bolton arrived from Arlington Downs and may be engaged to handle the engagement book of one of the leading riders here. Mose Lowenstein registered Me O My, More News, May Miss, Marmara, and several others he is training for L. J. Marks, owner of Le Mar Farm. Marks is expected here from his home in Columbus, Ohio. Including todays registrations there are 106 stables trained by as many trainers registered with the Keeneland Association.
