OMAHA DRAWS GOOD JOCKEYS Frank Chojnacki, Allan Gray and W. Cornay Expected to Ride There McCuan Reserves Stall Space. OMAHA, Neb., April 21. With jockeys Allan Gray, Frankie Chojnacki and M. Dau-ron already billed for Ak-Sar-Ben service as representatives of West Coast racing, a Texas star, W. Cornay, today was announced as ticketed -for the competitions scheduled at the Omaha plant May 27 to July 5. Young Cornay, under contract to Ed McCuan, has been one of the leading apprentice riders at Texas meetings this year and has been a chief factor in conquests of McCuan horses this spring. Cornay will accompany the McCuan string of fifteen to Omaha early next month. McCuan has reserved stall space for Miss Dallas, Elizabeth T., Scrip Money, Carus Clarus, Quilt Pieces, Leros, Royal Command, Discriminate, Gay Sweep, Hair Trigger, Ted Husing, Miss Germain, Wanda Gable and Sarsita. The holder of the Ak-Sar-Ben six-furlong record, Khamseen, is another Texas horse which will campaign here. Khamseen will be among the eighteen W. A. Mikel will bring here. Mikel is splitting his stable of twenty-six, with eight of his runners being dropped off for the Riverside Park meeting at Kansas City. Mikel has Scythe, John Bane, Chinese Empress, Mah Grant, Don Grafton, Granbury, Rocky Prince, Seven Up, Benefit, Nakasun, Temperamental, Roy. Kan, Little Hig, He Kan, Tocaya, Rustic Lassie, Laddy Bane, Flabbergast, Sad Knight, Pat Bane, Longus, Lugen Luggage, Daisy Bane, Price Kan and Lamp Black. Khamseen set the three-quarter mark of 1:10 just seven days after Lady Bowman cracked the old mark in July, 1935.
