APPROVE WATSON APPOINTMENT HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 21. The appointment of Roy Watson as director of mutuels at Charles Town, W. Va., has been approved by the State Racing Commission. The thirty-two day meeting at the West Virginia plant will commence on May 29. An increase in distribution of purse moneys to horsemen of 8,800 has been announced.
