TOM DEAHL REINSTATED ARLINGTON, Texas, April 21. G. R. Pickard, steward representing the racing commission, was notified by the commission that Tom Deahl, who was suspended for six months for Fast Moves improved race, and the horse Fast Move, which was barred from racing for six months, were restored to good standing effective April 19. The ruling was made against Deahl and Fast Move at Epsom Downs and the commission approved the Epsom Downs stewards recommendations that the punishment be extended for six months. The commission also notified steward Pickard that a jockeys license had been granted Charles Ralls.
