PLAYGROUND OF MOVIE STARS Cinema Actors Planning to Race Their Stables at Del Mar Track 10,000 Offered. SAN DIEGO, Calif., April 21 The Del Mar Turf Clubs inaugural will get under way on Saturday, July 3, and come to a close Saturday, July 31, including five Saturdays and one holiday, Monday, July 5. Races will be conducted Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and one Monday, July 5. Eight races will be run a day, the first race to start at 2:30 p. m. Thirteen stake events are carded, including the Del Mar Handicap, for ,000 added, which will be run Saturday, July 31. The Motion Picture Handicap will be run early in the meeting, and for this event, which will be at one mile, horses owned by members of the movie colony, alone, shall be eligible. Del Mars Moving Picture Handicap is tho first event open only to movie colony owner3 in the history of the turf. Eligibles for this event are Raoul Walshs Grand Manitou, "Bing" Crosbys Sabuesco, William Le Barons Brown Jade, Sam Briskins Lady Flo-rise, Joe E. Browns Barnsley and American Emblem, Harry Cohns En Masse, Ethel Hills Home Loan, Constance Bennetts Rattlebrain, and several others. This race is likely to be one of the outstanding attractions of the entire meeting, which comprises twenty-two racing days. Purse money for the meeting amounts to more than 10,000.
