Start good and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. COLD BREEZE showed a liking for the going and, showing speed throughout, slipped through on the inside rounding the far turn, saved ground entering the stretch and then drew away under urging in the final sixteenth. BARBARA S. moved into command with a rush and showed good speed, responded in the stretch, but could net menace the winner. BROGAN was hustled along sharply from a slow beginning, was on the outside of the leaders entering the stretch and then quit. IDOLIZE began slowly and made up ground steadily through the stretch. SPARKLING had no mishaps. BEGINNING was outrun all the way from a slow break. MISS FOG broke rapidly, but raced greenly and bore out badly rounding the far turn, losing much rround entering the stretch. Scratched 38789 Memoirs, 113. Start good and slow. Won easily; second and third driving. CAPE RACE showed high speed from the start, drew away into a safe lead, saved ground throughout and had speed in reserve. NOBLE SCOT, a forward factor from the start, responded to urging in the stretch and f nished well. MOONS MISSION moved into contention .with a rush, came wide entering the stretch and then faltered at the finish. UPSEE DUTCH raced .greenly and was blocked ncaring the stretch, but finished resolutely. PARALLEL raced on the outside and lost much ground entering the stretch. FOUR BAGGER showed a good effort. SING LOWr. raced forwardly during the early running and had no mishaps. SCARCE dwelt slightly at the break and could not improve his position when called upon.. COAL KING quit badly in the stretch. CHICOLORADO, suited in the going and showing high speed while saving ground at the far turn, was steered wide entering the stretch and held his opposition safe to the end. LOST BATTALION began slowly and was outrun in the early stages, came around the leaders entering the stretch and finished with good courage. BROGUE was away in a tangle and was as good as left, improved his position steadily and finished fast on the inside. RIPARIAN was outrun early and made up ground steadily while passing tired horses. TOWNSMAN drew away into a long lead, saved ground entering the stretch and finished well under urging. NO DICE made up ground fast from a slow beginning and closed with a rush. HARVESTING was under restraint in the early running, raced wide entering the stretch and finished fast on the outside. NIGHT BUD, slow to begin and outrun to the stretch turn moved up with determination on the inside and then hung at the end.
