U. OF C. IN DRAKE RELAYS DES MOINES, Iowa, April 22. The University of Chicago will send twelve members of its track team to run in the Drake relays which will be run next week. Six other Big Ten teams are also scheduled to compete In this event. The Penn Relays, which are to be run on the same date, has attracted the other three Big Ten teams Michigan, Indi- ana and Ohio State.
