PRICE INSPECTS CHANGES LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 22 Charles F. Price, presiding steward in charge of racing at Churchill Downs, went over various changes in the facilities to be used by racing officials during the coming meeting. This spring the stewards -will occupy a new stand, built into the roof of the clubhouse, and the placing judges also will move to higher positions.
