GOVERNOR BACKS NAMESAKE FRANKFORT,, Ky., April 22. Gov. A. B. "Happy" Chandler of Kentucky could not slight his thoroughbred namesake and has a modest wager riding on the Kentucky Derby, which will be run at Louisville on May 7.
