SHIFTING SANDS IN KENTUCKY CICERO, 111., Oct. 1. Shifting Sands, three-year-old son of Fairway Panic, by Hurry On, purchased in England by Fred B. Koontz, Oklahoma turf patron and breeder, has arrived in Kentucky, where he -will stand at John S. Wiggins Military Stock Farm. Shifting Sands arrived in this country from England on September 26.
