VETERANS FIRST LICENSE Although he learned to fly twenty-six years ago, Jack Vilas, vice-president of the Pyle National Company and head of the Chicago chapter of the National Aeronautics Association, completed a new course of instruction and won the first government flying license he ever held, at Curtiss-Reynolds airport in Glenview Friday. At the time Vilas won fame as a pilot there were no government licenses. Recently he took a new course under Dwight Morrow.
