FARM INDEX UP THREE POINTS WASHINGTON, D. C, Oct. 1 According to a report of the Bureau of Agricultural Economics the price index of farm products fc- the month ending September 15 increased three points. The index rose to 95 per cent o prewar prices and it is believed that during the final two weeks of September it reached the highest peak since last March.
