CONTEOLLERS ELECT SEYBOLD NEW YORK, N. Y., Oct. 1. At the final session of its annual convention the Controllers Institute of America elected Roscoe Seybold, vice-president and controller of the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company, as its president. Seybold succeeds Henry C. Perry.
