NEW BARNS AT HAVANA BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 10. James F. Milton, who will serve as general manager for the Havana-American Racing Association, operating Oriental Park, Havana, Cuba, was notified by Al Levy that 300 new stalls are in the course of construction at the island track and will be ready for occupancy by December 1.
