PADDOCK SALE AT PIMLICO Thirty Horses in Training and Yearlings Auctioned Off. Shady Brook Farm Pays ,100 for Grass Cutter, Highest Price Paid at Vendue. BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 10. A sale featuring thirty horses in training and yearlings, was staged by the Maryland Breeders Association in the Pimlico paddock yesterday morning, the total amounting to 5,230. The highest price of the morning was the ,100 which Shady Brook Farm, owned by Theodore Mueller, paid for Grass Cutter, a black gelding consigned by George D. Widener. The second highest price was ,650 paid by Jack Welsh for Evening Light, a chestnut filly by Jack High, and consigned by Mrs. George D. Widener.
