LIFT YANGTSE BLOCKADE TOKYO, Japan, Dec. 19. Five British and American river gunboats sailed from Hankow for Shanghai today,- indicating lifting of the Japanese blockade on Yangtse River traffic, according to a message from Hankow. The five vessels were accompanied by Japanese warships. The American river gunboat, Monocacy, and the British gunboat, Cockchafer will leave Kiukiang for Shanghai tomorrow.
