GRANT LICENSE TO DON MEADE MIAMI, Fla., Dec. 19. Jockey Don Meade, who was ruled off the turf in March, 1936, by officials of the Miami Jockey Club and who was restored to good standing by the Florida Racing Commission late this year, was granted a license to ride when he appeared and presented his application at Tropical Park Monday morning. Meade, when informed that his suspension was lifted, began galloping horses to get back into riding condition and accepted his first mount since being grounded on Two Cents, a starter in the third race today r for E.-Doran.
