BEARDS DEPART FOR TEXAS LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 19 Maj. Louis A. Beard, Mrs. Beard and family departed today for Texas. Christmas will be spent with Major Beards mother at Houston, and after that they will go on to Corpus Christi and Kingsville. A portion of the holiday period will be spent in hunting and fishing with Robert J. Kleebcrg and Mrs. Klee-berg on King Ranch. Major Beard said he would be back in time to attend the Xalapa Farm Stud dispersal sale at Xalapa Farm I January 19.
