SHEVLIN FULLY RECOVERED CINCINNATI, Ohio, Dec. 19. Friends in racing circles will be pleased to learn that James Shevlin, former member of the Ohio State Racing Commission, has fully recovered from his illness during which he was confined for two weeks in a local hospital.
