GOOD FAIR GROUNDS CARD Two Races for Better Grade Platers Scheduled for Decision Today at the Crescent City. NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 19. Two races for better grade platers, one a sprint of six furlongs and the other a run of a mile and seventy yards, share the spotlight on Tuesdays program here at the Fair Grounds. The sprint is to be offered as the fifth event and the distance race as the sixth. The featured sprint drew a field of eleven and though only three of them, Dedication, Prince Fellow and Miss Lizzie, have been able to win since the meeting opened, all of them have displayed good form at one time or another. Some of the others scheduled to come together here are Good Omen, Sadie F., Frozen Mask and Black Rhapsody, any one of which is capable of getting home in front. Sprinters from the claiming brackets have produced some of the most interesting contests of the season here and indications are that tomorrows dash will be no less thrilling. Nine have been named for the sixth race and of these four have managed to score here. The most successful quartet includes Maleman, Lucky Star, Imperial Jean and Unparalled, while also entered are such sturdy campaigners as Glasby, Ozark and Holl Image.
