SUSPEND JOCKEY OROS NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 23. Apprentice J. E. Oros was suspended for ten days by the Louisiana Jockey Club stewards for rough riding in the seventh race and Polante Seth, which had finished second, was disqualified and placed last. The roughing occurred during the stretch racing.
