CHUTES AT NORTH RANDALL CLEVELAND, Ohio, April 24. Two chutes will be constructed at the head of each stretch at North Randall for the starting of six furlongs and one and one-quarter miles races. Additional stables will also have to be erected, so great has been the demand for stabling accommodations. There is also a half-mile training track in the infield.
