BIEBER LIKES VISITORS NEW YORK, N. Y., April 24. Phil Bieber was successfully operated on at the John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, for injuries suffered during the hurricane that swept New England last September. He is lonesome and asks that his friends who are now racing in the Baltimore area visit him at the hospital.
