SUPPRESS GERMAN SOCIETIES PARIS, France, April 24. French- suppression of three German organizations in Alsace-Lorraine was revealed here today. The groups were known as the Jungmanns Schast, the Erwin Von Steinbach Bund and the Elsaessich Volks-Bildung. At last weeks ministerial council meeting the government also imposed heavy penalties on anyone receiving foreign money for propaganda purposes and decreed stern punishment for persons exciting hate and discord among Frenchmen for racial and religious motives.
