BUFFALO BILL IMPROVES LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 24. Jack Weaver was among the earliest horsemen to return to Churchill Downs with the horses transferred to Keeneland for racing. Weaver conditions the string of William E. Smith of Louisville, member of the Kentucky Racing Commission.
