BUFFALO BILL IMPROVES LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 24. Jack Weaver was among the earliest horsemen to return to Churchill Downs with the horses transferred to Keeneland for racing. Weaver conditions the string of William E. Smith of Louisville, member of the Kentucky Racing Commission. Upon his return Weaver was gratified to note the improvement in the condition of the three-year-old Buffalo Bill, which was injured slightly in a training accident several weeks ago.
