CONSIDER BARRING BERGDOLL WASHINGTON, D. C, April 24. A special meeting of the House Military Affairs Committee was called for tomorrow to consider action on the bill of Representative Hark-ness, Republican, of Indiana, designed to keep Grovcr Cleveland Bergdoll, draft evader, out of the country. Representatives of the state, labor and war departments will be summoned before the committee, according to Chairman May, Democrat, Kentucky. The war department is opposed to the bill, which was introduced after Bergdoll decided to give up his home in Germany and return here to serve a prison sentence. Committee members, however, have informally indicated their approval.
