AGUA CALIENTE TURF NOTES Cynthia Ann and Cee Jay Gee, two members of C. J. Gambles stable, will be absent from competition for an indefinite period, having been sent to Imperial Beach to rest. The first shipment of Winnipeg, Canada, departed for the Dominion when L. H. Appleby loaded Bellows and Vadrera and sent them to the Canadian course. W. W. Youngblood, among the few thoroughbred Indian owners, has disposed of the nine-year-old Ruckus to the United States Remount Service. Terms were private. Mrs. V. Manales Pentland has been shipped to Bay Meadows, and was loaded with the consignment of "Bub" McFarlands, which comprised Valiant Boy and King Barton. Another pair of racers which will be absent for an indefinite period is Buck-On and Beginners Bait, which have been turned out at San Ysidro Stock Farm. The four-year-old Metheum will race under new colors in his next engagement, having been acquired by A. Andercon, who appointed G. Faulkner, trainer of the animal.
