WALDRON SEES IMPROVEMENT LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 24 Roy Wal-dron, able trainer of Mrs. Ethel V. Mars Milky Way Farm stable, confidently expects to see a marked improvement in the stables principal Derby colts, No Competition and On Location, when they meet some of the better western candidates in pre-Derby tests here. Waldron said that neither of them seemed to be suited by track conditions which prevailed for their races at Keeneland.
