DAMAGED GOODS was under strong urging to race in the first flight, saved ground and came namely in the final drive. DARK RAPTURE showed good speed from the start and held on willingly. VIGNETTE was forced wide while improving her position. OSOFREE raced evenly and showed a good effort. SEALOCH could not better her position after breaking better than usual. JABIRU was unable to menace seriously. WEBBIE was never a threat. MARIYAH was outrun. FLORADORA GIRL was taken up in the first few strides, then was taken wide after falling far back. DUNCANNON was strongly ridden while racing in the first flight and continued gamely when unable to stay with the first two. MOON HARVEST held a forward position, overcame early interference and showed a good effort. MISS SELECTION dropped back after the break and made a mild bid on the turn, then was held safe. FIRST FLING closed gamely while finishing on the inside. CLEVER GIRL was outrun. FREE RIDE showed early speed. LACEY MISS began verv -slowly. BARRACA wheeled after the break. UGIN, going within striking distance of the leaders in the early racing, rallied to strong pressure when reaching the stretch, finished fast between horses and was up in the concluding strides. DIZZY DAME was overhauled leaving the back stretch, was kept close to the leaders and fought it out determinedly in the closing drive while losing some ground. GREAT HASTE, lacking early speed, worked his way up strongly in the late stages and was wearing the first two down while finishing on the outside. CORNWALLIS, hurried along from the start, wore down LITTLE DRIFT midway of the stretch, but faltered under punishment. LITTLE DRIFT raced improved, but was not good enough. ROYAL TEDDY was ridden strongly fter being displaced rounding the turn and fought it out with good courage. ROBESPIERRE, lacking his usual early speed, came with good speed for the fin?l drive. LARKAR made a stout challenge nearing the stretch, then tired under light punishment. REFRESHMENT was rushed hard to get into a short lead and had little left when the final test came. GAY AMAZON showed much speed to set the pace, saved ground and continued gamely when placed to punishment during the last eighth. PHARA BELLE was in the thick of contention for the entire trip. GRIDIRON raced well. AIRACUDA was unable to threaten at any time. SKYFLIER . found racing room on the inside to race forwardly, but failed to rally to punishment. ORCHIDS NEXT was outrun. TAUNTON was prominent from the start and came gamely when, hard ridden. BILL BLEIWEISS had good speed while setting the pace, was rated nicely and held on willingly when placed to a hard drive. CAMARADERIE, beginning very slowly, circled his field and came with a rush in the last half mile. LONE GALLANT raced well up throughout and showed a good effort. SUPER JOHN challenged strongly on the Final turn, then tired. CORUM made up some ground in the late stages. MORALIST could not get to the leaders. WAR RUMOR tired early. SALBURNE flattened out badly.
